The restaurant has an elegant indoor dining room but also offers the possibility of enjoying the outdoor spaces, in the shade of the olive trees in the garden or by the pool. An attentive and friendly service is ready to guide guests to discover authentic Sicilian flavours with products grown at km zero in our vegetable garden within the Botanical Garden.
The attention paid to the choice of the ingredients and their refined processing result in dishes that are a true triumph of flavours and aromas typical of the Sicilian gastronomic tradition, capable of providing sensorial taste experiences.
